High Impact, Low Footprint

With the world re-opening to events of all kinds, it’s time to rethink single-use sign programs. Events inherently produce waste, but signage for events shouldn’t be a part of the problem. Sign Me Up spent much of 2020 working out the details for recyclable event signage to keep more of our work out of the landfill. Some products we are already making are:

banners • welcome signs • tabletop signs directional signs • identification signs paper banner photo op (step + repeat) pennant banners • jumbo checks

Plastic is the myth that keeps us buying plastic. Less than 9% is ever recycled so Sign Me Up is committed to never using plastic, foam core or other non-recycleable, non-biodegradable materials for single-use signage. Dispa, a paper-based rigid display board, and fluted kraft are environmentally-friendly substrates which look fantastic when faced with full color graphics printed on adhesive paper. Traditional matte board is a suitable substrate for smaller signs. Thick paper banners* can be hung with grommets, pole pockets or poster rails, just like vinyl banners.

Of course if you have recurring events, we have many re-usable, sturdy non-disposable options. Just give us a call to discuss your project. We love to brainstorm solutions!
